This is one of the funniest moments ever!Most people tend to forget about fashion and wear all sort of ugly,unfashionable and undesirable clothes,specially women!They tend to wear oversize clothes due to cold weather and old shoes due to mad.I believe this shouldn't be this way rather they should be more cautious of what they wear despite the season......WATCH OUT FOR FASHION COPS!
